All real estate market statistics displayed on this website — including median sales prices, days on market, months of inventory, percent of list price received, and related metrics — originate from the Northwest Multiple Listing Service (NWMLS), the regional MLS covering Western Washington. The data is aggregated, analyzed, and delivered through Infosparks, a market analytics product from ShowingTime (a Zillow Group company) licensed to NWMLS subscriber brokers.

National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA)

Seasonal climate averages, monthly temperature norms, and precipitation data displayed on city guide pages are derived from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) through its National Centers for Environmental Information (NCEI). NOAA Climate Normals use a 30-year reference period (currently 1991–2020) to establish average conditions for U.S. locations.
