Paine Field, which in was used for many years as a hub for Boeing’s wide-body aircraft manufacture and for general aviation. The year 2019 was an important moment for the airport, however, as it saw the opening of a brand-new passenger terminal. People living in the northern part of the Seattle metropolitan area now have a more accessible regional air travel option.

The new terminal, dubbed the “Paine Field Passenger Terminal,” is run by Propeller Airports and Snohomish County.
